More Than Pain: Inflammation And The Diseases It Can Cause

Are you in pain due to inflammation? If so, be forewarned: inflammation can cause more than pain, and can spread to other parts of the body. Studies are starting to show that inflammation can cause a myriad of diseases, especially when uncontrolled. Exercising The Right Way

Hello, I'm Traci Griffith. I have been an avid runner all of my life, but I have always thought that you could never have too much of a good thing. So I ran as fast and as far as I could. This became a problem after awhile because I began to suffer from exhaustion and I was often injuring myself. After a couple of conversations with my doctor, I learned that the problem stemmed from me exercising too much. I decided to perform a lot more research into the proper methods of exercising and I have decided to create a blog that covers various health topics based on a lot of what I have learned.
